Last Wednesday, we had our Maths Expo. You’re probably thinking, ‘What’s a Maths Expo?’ The concept was to make Maths enjoyable and fun. We achieved this by creating maths games for people to play.

The Maths Expo was a task given to Maambakoort at the start of Term 1. We were organised into groups and tasked with creating games featuring maths questions and preparing a poster. We presented our games to the AP and the Upper Primary students. Everyone had lots of fun playing games while solving maths equations.

It was amazing to see all the ideas the students came up with for their games. There were so many creative twists on different games. My favourite by far was the Totally Not Family Feud game, with the screen and everything. I would love to do it again.
