Express Your Interest

Each year we undertake a school survey to provide feedback on all aspects of our school.  On Monday 30 August all families and staff along with all Upper Primary and Adolescent Program students will receive the link to complete these surveys.  The survey will be sent to all parents/guardians who are on the child’s enrolment form and we ask that these are completed by the individual, not responded to as a whole family, to ensure we are getting everyone’s responses. Your responses to the survey help myself and the school board to form the future directions of the school and are used in our School Improvement Plan, Strategic Plan and Annual Report.  Your responses are non-identifiable however if you would like to discuss any aspects of the school’s operations I would be more than happy to meet with you at any time.

From the beginning of term 4 the PCYC will be commencing their renovations of their building and skate park facilities.  As a result, we will not be able to use their carpark for our school pickups/drop offs.  We have negotiated with the Rockingham Bowling Club to use their carpark for afternoon pick ups and we will utilise our Attwood Way car bays for all morning drop off’s.  We will commence these new arrangements from 20 September to ensure the children have practiced the new routine this term, prior to all of the equipment and machinery being delivered to the PCYC carpark which may be a possible distraction for the children as they walk past next term.  There will be no change for the Children’s House Kiss and Drive internal carpark procedures however to ensure staff/student ratios when we are moving the students along Attwood Way, we will no longer use the church carpark and all children will be taken to the Bowling club carpark. We will shortly be distributing detailed instructions on the bowling club collection point to all families.

We wish those Adolescent Program families heading to Bunbury for the Peddle Prix event this weekend, fine weather and lots of fun for all involved.  Thank you Tony for supporting this group.
