Rainy weather, what to do? Make the most of it. All you need is a pair of gum boots, a small umbrella for your child and a rain jacket and off you go exploring. Some of our older children have mastered opening and closing our umbrellas correctly. It takes lots of practice and only happens on rainy days when the umbrellas are available for use. They have had a lot of practice recently! They are both surprised and proud that they can achieve this task independently.
